On June 30, the government stabbed the public with the increase in prices of gasoline and related products.
On June 14, prices of petroleum products decreased by 10.20 per liter and high-speed diesel by Rs 2,33 per liter.
Now, from July 1st, the new prices of petroleum will be 265.61 per liter by adding Rs 7.45, and the cost of high-speed diesel will be 277.45 rupees per liter, including the recent increase of Rs 9.56.
According to the new Finance Bill of 2024, the government will increase the levy on per liter petrol products by Rs 10, which was fixed at 60 rupees per liter, to 70 rupees per liter.
