Pakistani citizens’ most desired foreign destination is Saudi Arabia. The Saudi government decreases the visa requirements for Pakistani citizens. The applicant is required to provide a bank statement that shows a minimum monthly balance of USD 750 or equivalent.
The number of Pakistani tourists to Saudi Arabia increased to 43% in 2023. Saudi Arabia is aiming to receive 2.7 million Pakistani visitors this year.
To lodge this number of people, the Saudi government established Tasheer centers in six cities in Pakistan: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta, and Multan, for the proper guidance of applicants.
Visitors should book their appointment at the Tasheer website before meeting, so that the Tasheer offices will guide the visitors with ease for visa applications and passport delivery.
Before that, SA launched a one-year visit visa for multiple visits over a period of twelve months for personal visits like attending marriage ceremonies and visiting friends and family. This visa holder can visit any part of the country. This visa can also be used for Ummerah.
With a 12-month visa, it will be easier for Pakistani visitors to explore the country with ease and at any time of the year. Tourists prefer to visit SA in the winter.
